6 days, 7 hours ago

At EMS LINQ, we believe that technology should be the heartbeat of modern education. As a high-growth software company, we are on a mission to simplify the complexities of K-12 operations, allowing district leaders to redirect their focus—and their precious resources—back into the classroom. We are currently seeking a visionary Staff Software Engineer to join our Technology team and play a pivotal role in evolving our integrated cloud-based platform. If you are passionate about building scalable, secure solutions that empower educators and administrators to do more with less, you will find a home here among colleagues who are as dedicated to impact as they are to innovation.

This is an incredible opportunity for a talented engineer to take ownership of complex architectural challenges while mentoring the next generation of tech talent. In this role, you will not just be writing code; you will be architecting the future of school administration, from nutrition management to financial systems, all within a single, unified ecosystem. We value bold thinkers who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to tackle the unique technical hurdles of the K-12 sector. If you are ready to elevate your career at a company that is trusted by 30% of school districts nationwide, we invite you to help us transform the educational landscape through sophisticated, mission-critical engineering.

Requirements

  • Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
