At Anduril Industries, we are fundamentally rewriting the playbook for defense technology, and we want you to help us command the depths. As a Staff Software Engineer for our Undersea Reconnaissance and Strike division, you will be at the forefront of developing autonomous systems that operate in the most challenging environments on the planet. This isn't your typical engineering role; you will work directly with our AI-powered Lattice OS to synthesize massive amounts of sensor data into actionable intelligence, providing our warfighters with a decisive edge. If you are a problem-solver who thrives on building high-stakes, high-autonomy systems that protect democratic interests, this is your mission.

We are seeking highly motivated engineers who possess an active security clearance and a hunger for tackling complex, real-world engineering hurdles. In this role, you will collaborate with a world-class team of mission-driven technologists to design software that navigates, perceives, and executes in the silent, high-pressure domain of the undersea theater. You will have the opportunity to own significant portions of the stack, seeing your code transition from simulation to the field in record time. If you are ready to apply your technical expertise toward solving the most critical security challenges of our time, join us at Anduril and help us build the future of defense.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
