3 weeks, 4 days ago

At Groups: Recover Together, we believe that technology is the most powerful tool we have to transform the landscape of substance use disorder care. As our new Software Engineering Manager, you won’t just be managing code; you’ll be leading a mission-driven, remote team of engineers to build products that directly improve patient outcomes and empower clinicians. This is an incredible opportunity for a technically minded leader to bridge the gap between complex software execution and real-world clinical impact, ensuring that every feature we ship helps someone on their path to recovery.

We are looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who is eager to shape the culture of a high-performing engineering team. Whether you are guiding technical strategy or mentoring junior talent, you will play a pivotal role in our product development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional partners to turn ambitious ideas into reality. If you are passionate about health-tech and want to work in an environment where your leadership directly influences the quality of life for thousands of patients, we want to hear from you. Join us in building a future where high-quality, compassionate care is accessible to everyone.

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
