From January 2026 to June 2026, you will own the operational pulse of our recruitment efforts, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder experiences the excellence that defines the Simon-Kucher brand. You will master the art of talent operations by managing critical administrative workflows, optimizing candidate journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to refine our hiring strategies. Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
