At Dare, we don’t just trade commodities—we engineer the future of global markets through a high-octane blend of deep expertise, proprietary tech, and relentless data science. Located in the heart of the City of London, we are looking for a hungry, ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Design team and help us scout the next generation of industry disruptors. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where intellectual curiosity is the currency and excellence is the baseline, you’ve found your home.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the DNA of a world-class firm from the ground up. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be the face of Dare, connecting with top-tier graduates and emerging talent who are ready to challenge the status quo. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about people as we are about data—someone who can spot potential, build authentic relationships, and thrive in an onsite, collaborative culture that empowers exceptional individuals to achieve extraordinary results.

If you are ready to kickstart your career in a role that sits at the intersection of psychology, strategy, and high-stakes business, we want to hear from you. You will be fully immersed in our vibrant, onsite office culture, surrounded by mentors who encourage you to challenge them and each other every single day.
