Are you ready to shape the future of a company that is quite literally building the foundation of communities across the nation? We are seeking a visionary Talent Development Manager to join our Technology team for a 10-12 month maternity cover contract. In this role, you won’t just be managing spreadsheets; you will be the architect of our internal culture, designing high-impact learning experiences that empower our people to innovate, grow, and thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape. If you are passionate about unlocking human potential and want to make a tangible impact at a company that builds homes for rent and sale across the UK, we want to hear from you.

This is a unique opportunity to own the development strategy for our brightest minds, providing you with high-level exposure and the autonomy to influence how we upskill our tech-driven workforce. Based in either our London or Manchester hub, you will enjoy a flexible, agile working environment that balances collaborative office time with the freedom to manage your own schedule. We are offering a competitive salary of up to £65,913 (London) or £57,900 (Regional), and we are looking for a forward-thinking professional who is eager to take the lead on impactful projects. If you are ready to build a career as solid as the homes we construct, apply by 16th July 2026 and help us build a better future, together.
