Technical Support Engineer (PST)

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and the sellers who rely on it every day. This is a unique, high-impact role for a graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about troubleshooting complex problems, mastering new software, and delivering world-class service. You will gain deep exposure to our tech stack, collaborate directly with our engineering team to solve real-time issues, and play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap based on direct user feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, JS, Java, etc.).
• Understanding of software development life cycles and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
