2 weeks, 4 days ago

Are you looking to kickstart your career in People Operations at a company that lives and breathes music? SG Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary HR Coordinator to join our team for a parental leave coverage assignment from September 2026 through February 2027. Reporting directly to our Head of People & Inclusion and the HR Operations Manager, you will serve as a vital support system for our staff, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced, creative environment of a leading independent music group. This is an ideal role for an early-career professional or recent graduate eager to sharpen their administrative skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR lifecycle within a dynamic, artist-first organization.

In this hybrid role, based out of our Brooklyn or Bloomington offices, you will own the day-to-day administrative heartbeat of our HR department. You will be responsible for managing essential documentation, supporting our operations team, and ensuring our culture of inclusion continues to thrive during this busy season. We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, approaches challenges with a collaborative spirit, and is passionate about the intersection of music and business. If you are ready to contribute your talents to a team that champions creativity and professional growth, we would love to have you help us keep things running smoothly while we grow our team.
