At John Deere, we aren’t just building machinery; we are engineering the future of global sustainability. With the world population projected to reach 9 billion by 2050, the pressure on our food, fiber, and infrastructure systems is at an all-time high. We are looking for an ambitious, entry-level UX Designer to join our mission-driven team and help us bridge the gap between complex agricultural technology and the people who use it every day. If you are passionate about human-centered design and believe that elegant, intuitive interfaces can solve the world's most significant challenges, you’ve found your home.

As a UX Designer here, you will be embedded in a culture that values curiosity, bold experimentation, and the power of a fresh perspective. You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, taking ownership of research, wireframing, and prototyping to create seamless digital experiences for our global users. We don’t just want you to execute designs; we want you to challenge the status quo, advocate for the user, and grow your career while building tools that make a tangible, lasting impact on the planet. If you are ready to turn your design passion into a global legacy, we want to meet you.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
