In this 12-month remote role, you will be an integral part of our design team, guiding the end-to-end product journey from initial research and conceptual prototyping to final implementation. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who thrives on the challenge of designing for safety-critical environments. You will be surrounded by a collaborative group of experts committed to mentorship and innovation, providing you with the perfect landscape to elevate your portfolio and master the complexities of human-centered design in a regulated industry.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain design choices.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
