In this role, you will act as the heartbeat of our development process, championing Agile best practices and empowering your teams to push the boundaries of innovation. We are looking for a natural leader who can facilitate seamless collaboration, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will be working onsite four days a week, engaging with world-class experts to ensure our project delivery remains agile, efficient, and mission-ready. Please note that this position requires full SC clearance and UK eyes-only status, ensuring you are part of an elite team working on the most vital projects in the country.

We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £45.65 PAYE or £61.57 Umbrella (inside IR35) for a standard 37-hour work week.
