In this hybrid role, you will be the voice of Planet Home Lending, serving as a dedicated advocate for our borrowers. You will navigate inbound and outbound calls to resolve mortgage-related inquiries, gaining hands-on experience in the financial industry while honing your problem-solving abilities. We offer a structured, consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST, with one Saturday per month, ensuring you have the work-life balance needed to succeed. Requirements
