You will be responsible for coordinating critical service activities and navigating complex inquiries, primarily during our second shift (3:00 PM–12:00 AM), with some flexibility for late-night or weekend rotations. While you should be comfortable with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook, we are looking for someone with a high level of digital fluency and a proactive communication style.
