Are you ready to launch a high-impact career at the intersection of public service and cutting-edge data science? The State of Colorado is seeking a visionary FAMLI Integrity & Analytics Product Manager to join our mission-driven Data & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will be on the front lines of protecting the integrity of Colorado’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance program, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that directly improve the lives of Coloradans. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional or recent graduate to bridge the gap between technical analytics and strategic product management, all while contributing to a state-wide initiative that sets a national standard for social infrastructure.

As a key member of our collaborative team, you will dive deep into the lifecycle of data-driven products, helping us build robust systems that ensure program accuracy, fairness, and efficiency. We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented problem solver who is eager to translate raw information into policy-shaping narratives. Whether you are identifying trends in system usage or developing new features to safeguard program resources, your work will be instrumental in fostering trust and transparency across the state. If you are passionate about using technology for the greater good and want to jumpstart your career in a supportive, hybrid environment that values innovation and growth, we invite you to help us build a stronger, more resilient Colorado.
