In this role, you will be the face of our technical support, traveling between sites to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of relevant experience who is ready to take ownership of their tasks, possesses a valid driver’s license, and enjoys the physical, engaging nature of field service.
