Based in Boston, this position is perfect for a graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience with real-world robotics. You will be working a night/shoulder shift (typically 2 PM–10 PM or 4 PM–12 AM), acting as the primary point of contact for our customers during their busiest hours. You’ll gain deep technical insight into our proprietary technology, develop sharp communication skills, and play a vital role in our rapid growth.
