Laboratory Services Technician

Main Purpose of Role: - Perform daily, the completion of conventional product processes. - Manage and follow production lines QA processes. -Control CBL production compliance to regulations and CBL Lab standards. • Proficiency in CRM software and helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Salesforce).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
